Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Leadership Competencies
Understands Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of job duties and responsibilities.
- Executes tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring the smooth flow of production operations.
Machine Operations
- Perform machine setup.
- Load programs/performs edits.
- Make adjustments as needed.
- Fill out Production Control Board (PCB).
- Follow Playbook and Operator Control Plans.
- Perform Quality Checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment errors and malfunctions.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and other duties related.
- Complete End of Shift responsibilities.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent degree (GED), 0 to 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tech Skills:
- Advanced computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Database systems.
- Knows how to make claims and move tickets in Global Shop.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While out on the production floor, the employee will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed boots with metatarsals, and/or gloves when handling material or chemicals.
