Entry Level Supervisor - Program Coordinator - Supported Living Agency

Compensation:
- Starting wage is $23.75 per hour
- Wage scale is $23.75 - $27.75 per hour based on years of service
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, schedule fluctuates depending on staffing vacancies and program needs and likely includes evenings and weekends.
Location: Administrative Office located in Renton. (NO LOCATIONS IN TACOMA)
This position requires travel throughout King County- Renton, Kent, Covington, Federal Way, SeaTac, Maple Valley, and Seattle.

- Employed 2 years or less: 0.56 hours/40 hours worked (approx.3.62 days/year for FT employee)
- Employed 2- 4 years: 1.5 hours/40 hours worked (approx. 8.12 days/year for FT employee)
- Employed 5+ years: 1.71 hours/40 hours worked (approx. 11.12 days/year for FT employee)
- Paid Sick Leave- Accrues immediately, available for use on the 90th day of employment. Accrual rate for all employees is 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
- 8 paid holidays- floating paid day off for identified holidays.
- Bereavement pay- paid time off to grieve and heal due to the passing of a family member. List of family members is defined.
- Agency device- Choice between a device plan allowance with a device stipend or an employer provided device.
- Sign-on bonus- $250.00 after completing 6 months of employment.
- Referral bonus- Refer a new employee, bonus received when referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
- Full time referral (30+ hours/week): $250.00 bonus
- Part time referral (0-29 hours/week): $125.00 bonus
- Paid trainings- CPR/1st Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Nurse Delegation Core, 75-hour certificate (issued once 5-hour Orientation and Safety, 40-Hour Core Basic, and 30 hours Population Specific is completed), Continuing Education, and any additional PSRS identified trainings.
- Paid license- Initial application and annual renewal of Nursing Assistant- Registered or Nursing Assistant – Certified.

Responsibilities: (including, but are not limited to):
- Working directly in the client’s homes and with Program Manager supervise team up to 40 direct support staff
- Assists with managing schedules for team
- Assist with the development, and manage client support plans
- Provide emergency/after hours on-call availability on a rotating basis
- Attend, participate in and conduct monthly staff meetings with the Program Manager
- Provide direct care support for clients as needed/required
- Maintain compliant client files and ensure confidentiality
- Build working relationships with families/guardians, employers, consultants and medical providers
- Audit and reconcile financial documentations
- Fulfill the responsibilities of co-Program Coordinator and/or Program Manager in their absence
- Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications and Requirements (including, but are not limited to):
- Bachelor's degree or combination of experience
- Have obtained a high school diploma or GED
- Valid WA driver's license, auto insurance and a reliable vehicle
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Both written and verbal
- Able to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs. or more, walk long distances (4 or more miles consecutively), and climb 6 flights of stairs consecutively
- Able to pass an FBI, Washington State Patrol, DSHS and/or DOH background check allowing unsupervised access to vulnerable adults
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Able and willing to be licensed by the Department of Health (and maintain good standing)
- Ability to manage and lead others
- Ability to provide flexible on-call availability (nights/ weekends/ holidays)
- Above average multi-tasking skills
- Exceptionally positive attitude
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate
- Ability to communicate in American Sign Language or willingness to learn
- Tech savvy
