Responsibilities:
- Checking Patients in and out for Appointments
- Scheduling Patient Appointments and manage office calendar
- Answer Phones
- Update and maintain patient records
- Input insurance information into records
- collecting money and posting payments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental or Oral Surgery Office Assistant preferred
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, WinOMS, preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology preferred
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
