Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the smooth running of our agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing administrative tasks, human resources, and training development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the agency
- Strong marketing skills and Inter Agency relationships.
- Supervise and support staff members in their roles
- Oversee scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources
- Handle vendor management and maintain relationships
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Manage payroll and ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors
- Maintain organizational standards and procedures
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction
- Strong schedule management abilities to optimize workflow
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain efficiency
- Knowledge of human resources practices for staff management

- Professional phone etiquette for client and staff communication

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
