Day to Day:
A client in Grapevine, TX is looking for a Customer Service Rep to work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure the team is delivering on excellent customer service.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls, exceeding 20+ daily, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Respond promptly to email correspondence, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- you’ll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.
- you’ll be helping to continue to provide daily freight solutions for our global customers.
- collaborate with team members to improve service procedures and customer satisfaction
