Our Company is a state-of-the-art facility, setting new standards in infusion therapy with the latest in advanced technology and amenities. We are looking for a Service Coordinator at our Deerfield location. This person will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for the patients, professionally receive and greet visitors, handle all incoming telephone calls and provide clerical support for the center.
Duties and Responsibilities of Service Coordinator
- Greets all visitors and directs them to the appropriate person
- Answers all incoming calls in a pleasant and proper manner and directs them to the appropriate person or department
- Ensure receiving area(s) are clean and neatly maintained at all times
- Maintains adequate inventory of supplies. Monitors inventory and usage. Handles replenishment and documentations
- Assist with filing of correspondence or clinical documentation as requested
- Respond to inquiry calls from applicants or potential clients
- Performs job in compliance with company policies and procedures and professional and community standards
- Maintains client, employee, and agency confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Reports all client concerns to the Clinical Supervisor immediately
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; College graduates preferred
- 1-2 years office/clinic management experience, preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable
- Demonstrated strong telephone skills and interpersonal communication skill
- Typing/word processing ability of at least twenty (20) words per minute
- Speak, read, write, and comprehend English; bilingual desirable
- Willing to do fingerprinting for background check and drug test for accreditation compliance
