Wheelchairs 4 Kids is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children with physical disabilities by providing wheelchairs, home and vehicle modifications as well as other equipment at no charge to the families. We also have an inclusion program which involves taking the kids out for fun events such as Indoor sky-diving, ziplining and even water skiing using adaptive equipment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized and reliable self-starter for fast-paced office. Program Coordinators interview families and physical therapists to determine exactly what equipment a child needs. They then contact manufacturers and distributors to negotiate the best price, order the equipment and follow up with the families to make sure that everything is perfect. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Must be comfortable on the phone and have strong negotiating and research skills. Must be comfortable asking for donations and be proficient in Word, EXCEL and Database entry. FT. Please send resume with cover letter via email only.
