Full Job Description
• Junior/entry level expertise in Cloud Services (i.e. Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its associated services.) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. • An aptitude for learning • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. • Documenting AWS EC2 Instances set up and documenting flow diagrams • Perform level 1 help desk tasks, respond to tickets as needed • Generate technical documentation and process guides for all active solutions and processes. • Identifies system requirements and evaluates new applications as well as essential upgrades. • Maintains requirement details in appropriate ticketing system (e.g., Jira, confluence, SharePoint) as needed. • In addition to developing new solutions, the Business Analyst will proactively find ways to improve current workstreams, ensuring they are fully optimized and scalable. • Create and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and communicate program results. • Collaborate with other business systems analysts/specialists/solution architects/software vendors on business solutions, architecture strategy, roadmaps to satisfy business objectives. • Experience in S/W, IT support, and Systems analyst areas. • Knowledge of software development processes. • Expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications. • Ability to multi-task and track multiple efforts concurrently. • Experience with the service request and defect management tools (ALM/JIRA).
