Position Summary
This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by performing various tasks supporting the efficiency of the production process, while adhering to all safety guidelines.
Essential Duties and Tasks

- Assists machine operators in the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment.
- Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading and unloading materials as required.
- Packing of finished products into boxes, ensuring proper packaging and labeling in accordance with company standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standard, reporting any product defects to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. This includes regularly cleaning workstations, removing debris, and following established protocols for waste disposal.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Work cooperatively with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless production processes.
- Maintain accurate production documentation as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- HS/GED required
- This position has no leadership duties.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

This role will regularly use plant machinery and routinely works around moving equipment. Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers, hold, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The position requires 0% of travel time.
