Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background or knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is based in-office and requires presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or related field is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
