We are hiring an assistant manager to provide customer service for our clients, support our team and ensure a successful workflow for our company. We are looking for someone that wants to take this role to the next level and help us continue to grow with us.
Responsibilities
· Help to answer company's mainline phone and text line to help out customers with general, billing, service questions (this is the main part of the job and it is a high volume of calls and texts that need to be answered daily)
· Work alongside the other managers to help manage service technicians
· Perform general/ administrative duties
Requirements
· REQUIRED: Proficiency in MS Office - Outlook and Word, Excel (Minimum 3 years)
· REQUIRED: Office receptionist/ phone experience (Minimum 3 years)- *Please do not apply if you don't have this*
· Able to deliver consistent strong performance and multitask
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Must be detail-oriented
· Have a positive attitude and work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
· Excellent customer service skills: timely and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and managers

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
