Core Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring and training all restaurant staff, including hosts, bussers, and the rest of the front and back of house team members
- Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
- Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience
- Monitoring restaurant finances, including sales and expenses
- Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety
- Handling customer complaints
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Meet or exceed budget for COG’s through effective purchasing and product maintenance
- Ensure that all staff is properly acquainted with appropriate CGS as it pertains to the cycle of service
- In conjunction with restaurant management, hire and train service staff according to restaurant standards for hospitality and excellence
- Hold employees accountable to all standards and practices, evaluating and/or following disciplinary procedure when necessary
- Ensure both FOH and BOH are well stocked for service
- Ensures food and service always exceeds company standards of excellence.
- Sets the expectation for FOH/BOH crew members in maximizing productivity, maintaining cleanliness, organization and food quality while providing accurate speedy service.
- Makes certain all operational duties and tasks are completed timely.
- Demonstrate full leadership skills while working and setting the example to all other employees.
- Acts as the liaison between corporate members and all restaurant employees.
Other Qualifications
- 5+ years prior hospitality management experience
- Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to lead and empower a team
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and leadership in complex employee relations matters

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
