The Gymnastics Connection is seeking a front desk receptionist to positively represent our gym. We need an enthusiastic individual that is responsible, reliable, organized, and must love kids! We are currently in need of Saturdays only (8:30am-1:00pm), but would love to find someone with some flexibility to cover weekday afternoon/evenings as needed when our other office staff are sick or on vacation.
You will:
- Answer phones & check messages
- Check & respond to emails
- Schedule gymnasts for classes and trials
- Register new students
- Greet families and students & assist with their needs
- Help keep the facility tidy
- Assist the Directors with ongoing projects and/or events
Required Skills:

- Computer skills (MS Office Suite, including Outlook)
- Willing to take on challenges that arise
Gymnastics knowledge is not needed, but is an added bonus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
