RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS
An ideal candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a Business–related field
- Holds a CPA license or is a CPA candidate working towards the CPA certification
- Has attestation and taxation experience
- Maintains and promotes ethical values in conducting all business activities
- Has strong time management, communication, and relationship–building skills
- Exhibits excellent problem–solving and analytical abilities
- Is a dependable and proactive self–starter with the ability to manage multiple assignments and work with deadlines
- Preferably has experience working with Creative Solutions products (Accounting CS, Practice CS, Ultra Tax CS), QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
Depending on qualifications, we offer training in certain skill requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely manage and carry out engagements
- Research laws and regulations and apply the results of research
- Prepare client correspondence including requests, inquiries, and responses
- Prepare correspondence with the taxing authorities
