Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Managing Member in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Member in the processing of emails and issuance of work orders
- Assist in training and development of staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure adherence to company policies
- Manage shifts effectively to meet sales targets and maintain store appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor stock levels, adjust pricing, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new team members
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on retail management strategies
Skills:
- Proficiency in processing of work order and following up on those work orders
- Exceptional customer service abilities to enhance the customer experience
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and stock management
- Familiarity with ordinary office management practices
