We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Assistant Property Manager to work on weekends for our 96 unit apartment community located in Fairfield, Ca. This position is a great way to learn about Property Management and grow within a small company. Possibility to work additional weekday hours as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Show available units to prospective tenants and answer relevant questions
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective and current tenants
- Ensure all grounds, laundry facilities, pool area and parking lots are kept in a clean and orderly fashion
- Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner
- Address resident complaints and service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants. Ensure that tenants are abiding by the terms of their Lease, including honoring all House Rules
- Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the On-Site Managers and/or corporate office
REQUIREMENTS
- Weekend availability required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in Property Management or other relevant work experience preferred
- Ability to interact efficiently with prospects, residents, peers and management
- Competence in basic computer skills
- Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
