```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as House Call Pro
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with contract administration and project scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Excellent orginazation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
