Responsibilities
- Assist management with day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies for opening and closing, cash management, inventory management, merchandising, cleaning and maintenance, security, and reporting.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Represent the Company professionally with customers, staff, and in all internal and external interactions.
- Provide extraordinary customer service and value by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding the products and services that best meet their requirements.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current product and services offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively advise customers.
- Work with management to ensure local community is engaged to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, coupled with technical aptitude
- Self-motivated, team player with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating wireless equipment
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and address customer complaints or requests effectively
- Demonstrated dedication to providing exemplary customer service with a focus on honesty and integrity
- Background in retail sales is advantageous, but not required
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred, but not required
- Possess reliable transportation to work location, off-site trainings, and meetings
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Able to stand for extended periods to ensure optimal customer service
- Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds
- Successfully pass a nationwide background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
