Requirements:
- 2 yr accounting degree
- 2 years minimum on the job experience
- filing, invoicing, job expensing, A/P, A/R, budgeting
- insurance claim knowledge a plus
- bilingual a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with payroll management and tax-related tasks
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Collaborate with team members to support budgeting and financial reporting
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Utilize premium skills such as QuickBooks and Excel to streamline accounting processes
- Adhere to relevant accounting standards and regulations
