Chief Medical Officer: Must have a Texas Medical License to oversee and supervise all medical staff in all locations. Responsible for Residents in training and FNPs. Attend all Administrative staff meeting and CQI meetings. To make medical decisions, in regards to the medical staff and to the organization. CMO must also attend board meeting in order to update the board of directors information regarding the clinics. 30% administration and 70% patient care.
