Job Description:
Join Fig Design Group as a Sales Representative + Customer Service professional, where your enthusiasm and motivation will drive our sales growth. You'll be at the forefront of connecting with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and championing our products. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold-calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Sales Process Management:
- Strategize and execute action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct business review meetings including presentations, follow-ups, and post-program reviews.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts (when needed).
- Proactively expand revenue within existing accounts and cultivate new ones.
- Represent the company at trade shows to secure new accounts, take orders, and enhance revenue streams.
Relationship Building:
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with clients.
- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and capitalize on opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and track sales activities to inform decision-making.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and contribute to business planning efforts.
- Achieve targeted sales objectives consistently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with other team members such as finance and logistics departments to align on account goals, strategies, and future plans.
- Embrace a proactive and positive approach to the business, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic setting.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business-to-business sales, particularly in Inside Sales, with a focus on traditional retail accounts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
- Familiarity with NetSuite for sales orders and CRM tracking is preferred but not required.
- Goal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-starting individual with an outgoing personality and a proactive approach to engaging with potential buyers.
