1. Coordination of samples and comp packaging for customer presentations, planograms and rep meetings.
- Works directly with our Creative Services Department on all Planograms, Comps, Sales Samples to Sales Representatives.
- Coordinates all materials (comps, etc.) required by reps in doing planograms for customers.
- Responsible for all sample request required by representatives and customers. Must know all product and pricing for each customer.
2. Compilation and emailing of weekly licensor sales reports.
3. Maintenance and management of the Master Sales Line List.
4. Coordination and shipping of samples for the Walmart Layout Center. Occurs biannually and as needed.
5. Moderate Power Point refinement for specific account meetings. (The sales admin will take the master presentation and customize it for each account as necessary, using a standard template.)
6. Coordinate with Creative Services and Marketing for dotcom set ups. Compile images and online item descriptions.
- Resize and name images to be formatted for all separate folders in DAL
- Track , Manage and Distribute Images/Copy/Assets needed by retailers for set and promotions
- Weekly check of online retail pages for mistakes, customer complaints, trends, and updates needed. Make sure all page information is consistent across all retailers.
- Coordinate with Creative on any special photo needs for ecommerce.
7. Act as Administration Assistant to Sr. Vice President of Sales, including joint sales team scheduling.
- Ability to manage master account calendars for key meeting seasons
8. Works directly with the outside Sales Representative on all Price list, Product Fact Sheets, for the representatives along with our customers. Communicate all item information and changes to reps, include providing any Product Certificates, Lab Reports and necessary set-up documents for item set up.
9. Create pallet and feature mock ups for reps and retailers.
