Job Summary
As our Remote Industrial Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our mid-sized manufacturing plant. Your focus will be on industrial roles (engineering & machine operators), ensuring that we find skilled candidates who can contribute to our growth and success. This position is part-time and fully remote.
Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and screen candidates based on specialized technical skills.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates.
Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Understand staffing needs and collaborate on recruitment plans.
Process Improvement:
- Offer new ideas and strategies to enhance our recruitment process.
- Continuously improve sourcing and selection methods.
- Experience: Previous experience as a recruiter in a manufacturing setting is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial and technical roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, machine operators).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Results-Driven: Motivated to fill positions efficiently and effectively.
