Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Manages, directs, and supervises the work of a group of telesales or inside sales representatives in an inbound consumer call center who are responsible for selling and up selling the products of the Company and servicing customer accounts. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Directs work activities to achieve volume expected to meet operational goals and unit and revenue objectives. Responsible for the daily application of Company and organizational policies and procedures. Monitors representatives according to documented standards. Provides feedback, coaching, training, motivation, and support to representatives. Counsels and advises representatives regarding performance and discipline. Makes suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, and other status changes for employees under their supervision. Education: Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience: The following experiences are preferred: Call Center processes and metrics, sales, coaching, leading, developing, problem solving, MS Office. Supervisory: Yes.
Our Sales Coach's earn between $55,900 - $83,899 + up to $19,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
