Job Description:
- Design and draw functional AV systems
- Ability to analyze client needs and negotiate solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site surveys when necessary
- Phone, email communications with clients, vendors, and internal staff
- Provide sales and order support
- Prepare and track job orders
- Provide order updates to customers
- Prepare estimates and quotes for customers
- Attend sales meetings
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to squat, bend down, work overhead
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the audio visual industry
Will be asked to do tasks out of this job description; i.e. receive shipments, pull inventory, load trucks, deliver/pickup, operate (or assist) a job, dispatch, etc.
Typical hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, but additional time may be required.
Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors degrees preferred
- AV technician for 5+ years
- Proficient in computer applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, browsers)
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Outside sales experience preferred
- CTS certification preferred
