On-site Project Engineer/Project Manager Role for HVAC and Electrical Contractor Professionals

We are now seeking skilled professionals from the HVAC and electrical contracting fields to join our dynamic team as a Project Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution teams, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Supervise project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes, and installation techniques.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor financial and operational aspects of projects to minimize risks and maximize performance.
- Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements, maintaining project scope, cost, and schedule integrity.
- Manage procurement and timely delivery of project materials.
- Adapt to client changes, managing project adjustments effectively.
- Drive additional work through change orders, including cost estimation and negotiation.
- Oversee project billing, financial management, and profitability.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and financial status to management.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation and contract requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and provide client training as required.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in project management within HVAC or electrical contracting sectors.
- Technical knowledge relevant to HVAC systems and BMS controls.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in computer or electronic systems. Experience with Schneider Electric or Tridium Niagara products is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of effective performance in a dynamic environment.
