about this role
Under direction of the Lead, Learning and Leadership, organize, schedule, and facilitate engaging learning experiences for various distribution centre audiences. Develop and mentor Peak Learning Facilitators and site superusers supporting delivery of onboarding, continuous development, and functional training programs.
a day in the life
- Facilitate and deliver functional and leadership development programs/resources, including onboarding, to distribution centre audiences in person.
- Evaluate the success of training programs through various methods, including observation, surveys, interviews, and feedback.
- Revise and maintain existing course materials in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure learning objectives, materials, and activities remain relevant and up to date.
- Closely partner with, build, and sustain relationships with business leaders.
- Project management of learning + leadership projects, including developing the plan, timeline, and budget.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to understand the state of the business, its goals, and priorities, identifying key performance indicators and skill/knowledge gaps to make informed, data-driven decisions about building learning opportunities.
- Create and execute enrollment strategy for upcoming training including design of supporting elements (posters, job aids, deck).
- Identify, prepare, and contribute to develop other facilitators, including seasonal and hourly facilitators, to support the delivery of training programs, including delivery of Train-the-Trainers.

- Proficiency in priority/project management, presenting ideas and concepts, and ability to quickly develop trust.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $63,900 - 83,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
