```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate with parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure the overall well-being of the children
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Familiarity with special education techniques is a plus
- First Aid/CPR certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
