Job Description:
Assist with the technical day-to-day activities of the Supply Chain Operations team as below. This includes ensuring the smooth flow of internal processes and specifically on the below functions:
Shipment Monitoring & Analysis –
- Coordinating shipment bookings with the Global Procurement office overseas.
- Managing all Freight Forwarders / Customs Clearance brokers / Shipping Lines.
- Managing all Inbound Shipments from Shipment Creation to 3PL entry, including reporting all escalations within the Supply Chain team.
- Working directly with Global Procurement and Customs Brokerage to maintain the HTS library within the ERP system.
Receiving Inventory –
- Ensuring the accurate receiving of Inventories arriving to all 3PL’s, either on ocean freight containers, or through inter-warehouse transfers. All processed accurately within the ERP system (AMT).
- Creating shortage reports to submit to the Accounting team for orderly and timely chargebacks to the responsible party (manufacturer / 3PL).
Domestic / International Shipping Documents –
- Create and process all relevant shipping documentation to facilitate in the shipping of goods to customers within the US and Internationally, in accordance with customs requirements.

- Detailed Packing Lists
- Exporters Certificates
Required Education/Experience
- Experience with an ERP system such as AMT, BlueCherry, or Simparel a must.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in working in supply chain with progressively increased responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (REQUIRED)

Salary – $85 - $100k ( Annually) - DOE
