Job Overview:
Sanametrix is hiring an Project Manager (PM). The PM is responsible for providing end-to-end, cross-disciplined leadership to IT projects including software development, business application, and change management activities. Accountable for on-time, on-budget, high quality project delivery, the PM plans and manages projects throughout their lifecycle. The Project Manager manages multiple projects varying in complexity, risk, and/or business critical tasks; and actively champions and contributes to continuous improvement of PM best practices. The ideal candidate is one who produces results, takes initiative, has strong problem-solving skills, is detail-oriented and can work effectively as a team member.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage Principal Office to Principal Office transfers.
- Communicate daily status of onboarding requests to OCIO Sr. leadership.
- Collaborate with IT Principal Office Coordinators to ensure IT support needs are met and escalate concerns to OCIO leadership when IT needs are not met.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for onboarding, offboarding and moves are met.
- Provide leadership support on refresh projects for multiple computers refresh deployment projects to include Dell 5490s, 5400s, 5410s, power laptops, and desktops.
- Coordinate and oversee large scale office and building to building moves throughout the Department.
- Train new desktop support team members on onboarding, offboarding, IT office moves and Principal Office Transfers processes.
- Provide additional PMO support in any capacity that the Deputy Program Manager identifies.
Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- Able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Driven, problem solver, proactive, and a do-er.
- Strong communicator. Able to summarize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences in verbal and written communications. This includes being able to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable and confident presenting to customers and executives.
- Essential: able to establish project goals, validate and confirm acceptance, challenge stakeholders, and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Must possess strong customer service skills and be adept at remaining calm in high pressure situations. - Able to take a consultative approach to understand requirements, drill into details, and resolve issues.
- Experience with leading a variety of projects including software implementations, security, infrastructure, and business process.
- Skilled in building trusted relationships with team members and project stakeholders.
- Able to effectively address and resolve conflict within and across teams.
- Experience optimizing and improving processes and approach where necessary.
- Desire to seek out opportunities and initiate new projects
Experience:
- 4-8 years of progressively responsible experience managing a combination of operation focused projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical projects using project management best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. If not PMP certified, certification to be completed within the first year of employment.
- Experience monitoring and meeting service level agreements.
- Experience using ServiceNow to track and manage tickets. - Possess conflict resolution skills.
- Proven stakeholder manager.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects of remote teams.
- Proven ability to follow a structured industry standard quality management process such as CMMI (desired).
- ITIL 4 Certification preferred. If not ITIL certified, certification to be completed within the first six months of employment

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
