We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries or concerns
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Process sales orders and returns
- Provide support in English, additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
Skills:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in Spanish
