Petal Weddings is looking for an Assistant Wedding Coordinator to join our Miami, FL team for a wedding on Thursday, May 9th. We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Wedding Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that every wedding detail is executed flawlessly. We are seeking a true team player, someone that is willing to grow and learn in the industry, and has a positive outlook of the wedding industry!
Responsibilities:
-Assist the event team on the wedding day
-Help manage timeline and flow of events on wedding day
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the wedding
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, vendors, entertainment and load in
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the event
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wedding planning or events management is required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and trends
- Proficiency in using event planning software or tools is an advantage
Compensation:
- $20.00-$25.00/hr.
