Reports to: Corporate Controller
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Fleet Manager will be responsible for the overall finance and operation of the 600+ vehicle fleet. Responsible for the creation and management of fleet policies and procedures, staff, and reporting.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage fleet department back-office employees.

Work with Area Managers to ensure compliance with all vehicle policies and procedures.

Ensure standard vehicles in each market through re-allocation and/or purchase.

Managing vehicle licensure and registration.

Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure and training.

Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to proper driving practices.

Provide KPI reports to management on budget, forecast, maintenance and fleet projects.

Develop methods to decrease overall costs per vehicle and increase overall efficiencies.

Work with management team on streamlining fleet workflow.

Work with the acquisition team on integrating acquired vehicles into the fleet.

Coordinate sale of owned/acquired vehicles.

Manage fleet partner relationships.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:

5-10 years managerial experience in fleet or operations.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Teams.

Previous experience in working with multiple systems, reporting, KPIs.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 lbs. at a time.
