We are looking for an ambitious and independent Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). We understand that not every Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) role is the same, so our goal is to make you feel confident when you step into the facility and set you up for success. As the administrator, you are responsible for the safety and security of our residents and team members and overall daily operations, and we value your position at the highest regard. Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Responsibilities:
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations. Excellent survey experience is a must.
- Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
- Lead your team of employees with at least 10 direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
- Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Qualifications:
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor Degree in related field required; Masters preferred.
- Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations. Individual must be a team player, well organized and flexible.
