As a Field Service Engineer at Aescape you will:
Lead Aescape’s early field service technician efforts.
Train our 3rd party technicians and trainers on proper installation and repair procedures.
Travel onsite to Partner locations to perform repairs on emerging issues that are undocumented.
Provide assistance on difficult repairs to limit downtime and improve first time fix rate.
Work with the Field Service Lead to qualify repair processes and create repair documentation.
Work with cross functional teams to make design changes that will improve the serviceability of our product.
Proactively prevent service issues by developing preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
A track record of field service working on high-end and complex equipment (e.g. fitness, surgical, medical & dental, EV charging & solar installation, audio visual equipment).
Examples of instructions/manuals for installation and servicing contents you’ve created.
Preventative maintenance experience including ability to develop and deeply regular maintenance schedules.
Valid US driver's license and ability to lift ~ 75 pounds of equipment.
Minimum of AA or BS in Electronics, Electronics Technician, or equivalent Technical.

Competitive pay + bonus + equity plan. The salary range for the role is $75,000-$90,000 USD.
