Crawford Orthodontics in beautiful Lincoln, CA is seeking a skilled Ortho RDA to join our team. As an Ortho RDA, you will play a vital role in assisting the orthodontist during patient procedures and providing excellent patient care. Your knowledge of dental/orthodontic procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment will contribute to the overall success of our dental practice.

- 8am to 5pm

Qualifications & Skills
- Must have current and active CA certified RDA license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental office, preferably in orthodontics
- Upbeat personality is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Assisting the orthodontist during patient appointments by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and providing chairside support
- Taking dental impressions, x-rays, and photographs as needed for orthodontic treatment planning
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and orthodontic care instructions
- Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to orthodontic appliances as directed by the orthodontist
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of orthodontic supplies and equipment
- Collaborating with the orthodontist and other team members to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care
