The Baker is responsible for baking and pastry preparation for the Theme Park and Catering events with strict adherence to established recipes, sanitation and health codes.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and breakdown stations according to USH Production Kitchen guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift, while moving through various assignments throughout the shift.
- Prepare product using all methods of baking and pastry preparation using established recipes, portions and methods prescribed by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of pots, pans and other kitchen items and taking out trash while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines.
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety food preparation and handling practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Previous Culinary Experience Preferred
- Culinary Degree Preferred
Job Demands:
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- The noise level is generally moderate to high
- Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
Schedule:
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
