Opportunity Overview: We are actively seeking a Genetic Testing Sales Account Manager to drive the growth of our genetic testing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare sales, with a focus on Primary Care, OB/GYN, Oncology, or Urology physicians.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target call points.
- Conduct compelling consultative and strategic sales presentations leveraging our portfolio of genetic tests and industry expertise to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Develop and nurture an individual sales pipeline.
- Tailor solutions to address the specific objectives, priorities, and obstacles of clinical customers.
- Facilitate the onboarding of our turnkey genetic testing service.
- Manage accounts and provide coaching support to Genetic Testing Specialists (GTS).
Compensation and Benefits: In recognition of your exceptional contributions, we offer a highly competitive base salary with an uncapped, performance-driven commission structure. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of successful healthcare sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
- Well-established relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, Oncology, or Urology physicians
- Valid U.S. driver's license
Total Target Compensation: $140,000 - $240,000+
Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000
