This Mailroom Associate role is a crucial part in AIC functionality, overseeing various tasks that help to maintain smooth operations.
Job responsibilities:
- The selected candidate retrieves and sorts mail, including packages, by department and category.
- Delivers mail to correct department or recipient.
- Forwards misdirected mail.
- Prepares documents and other items for shipping.
- Provide administrative support to the claims department as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized mail files.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High degree of motivation and team orientation
- High School Diploma Required
