Duties:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Provide dental treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Conduct routine dental cleanings and preventive care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care techniques
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or other dental practice management systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Skills:
- Possess a valid dental license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge and experience in general dentistry procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
