The receptionist plays a key role in our day to day operations with a friendly and warm first impressions as well as coordinating the daily administrative needs of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate phone systems, including answering and directing incoming calls.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Maintain a professional and friendly phone etiquette.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Oversee and manage the administrative needs of the office.
- Provide support to the team by coordinating projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Ensure smooth operations by managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Skills and Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge/experience in working with Aging Adults.
- Strong knowledge of medical records systems and patient service protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
