Position Summary:
Oversees all pertinent transactions and reporting for customers including, but not limited to
EOM reports, scheduling, and production verifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and Implement Standard Procedures for all customers to include the following:
- Logging/Inputting and documenting customer movements
- Daily/Monthly Reports
- Inventory procedures
- Customer Point of Contacts
- Rework documentation
Maintains contact with outside customers and vendors
Ensure that we are meeting all customer reporting needs, including export documentation
Maintains production verification
