CurbTek provides onsite services such as oil changes, tire replacement, brake changes and other repairs wherever it is most convenient for the customer. We are looking for an independent and reliable self-starting shop forman who possesses a strong sense of self-confidence and the ability to work with a variety of people. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of professional mechanic experience in the automotive trade who can tackle any challenge with speed and efficiency and has the know-how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. As a CurbTek Shop Foreman will be responsible for diagnosing, conducting repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles but mostly Ford, Dodge and Chevy 1/2 to 1 ton trucks along with the following:
Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Build, train and mentor a team of mobile service mechanics under your supervision.
- Preventative Maintenance including but not limited to mechanics changing oil, checking and refilling vehicle fluids, replacing filters and windshield wiper blades, rotating tires and performing general vehicle diagnostics.
- "Light" auto repair on small and medium duty vehicles including but not limited to battery services, brakes, starters, belts, hoses and tire installation.
- Change and repair tires.
- Shop Foreman and Automotive mechanics must know how to use hand tools and power tools.
- Listen to customers and explain the problem.
- Be able to work on cars and on your feet all day.
- Perform all assigned work in a safe and conscientious manner at all times as directed by management and company’s safety standards.
- Create and maintains vehicle history and maintenance reports.
- Manage parts inventory and equipment provided on a service vehicle.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with assigned customers.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Engaging in positive face-to-face customer interactions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
