SALES REPRESENTATIVE

TARA Energy Rentals LLC is a US based company providing well testing rentals and recertification services to the American oil and gas industry. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency and delivering exceptional results, we are dedicated to helping our clients maximize their operational performance and optimize their production processes.
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our Midland, TX team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling oilfield equipment rentals and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. In this role, your primary responsibility is to generate new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Identify prospective clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
· Work with Operations team to ensure timely delivery and set up of equipment.
· Work in collaboration with CEO and business development team members to develop and implement strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry.
· Analyze the territory potential, track sales and provide monthly sales reports.
· Resolve issues and provide solutions for customers to meet and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Visit field sites regularly to consult with customers and other stakeholders.
· Promote and represent Tara Energy Services professionally within the community and industry to all customers, competitors and industry associates.
· Take reasonable care to protect his/her health and safety and that of other workers by following Tara Energy’s safety policies & procedures, as well as government and industry regulations.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Manage invoicing and the collection of A/R from clients
· Build and manage forecasts of upcoming business – reports to be delivered bi-weekly to your direct leader.
Key Requirements:
· Proven sales experience in the oilfield equipment rental industry
· Must have own vehicle.
· Highly motivated, target driven and has an excellent track record in sales.
· Proven sales ability – excellent at negotiating and closing sales
· Has an existing network in O&G production and completions space.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Self motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education, Experience & Certifications:
· related oilfield services sales experience required.
· Bachelor’s degree, an asset
Physical Requirements: Travel to meet with clients or potential clients is required.
