Job Title: Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including but not limited to accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), child support payments, and payroll.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Handle filing and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless business operations.
- Demonstrate a strong backbone and the ability to handle constructive feedback.
- Act as a problem solver, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with strong accounting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
- Resilient with a strong backbone to handle challenging situations.
- Proficient in handling A/R, A/P, child support payments, and payroll tasks.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in maintaining financial records.
