About the Role
The Account Manager role at Radiantgraph is a highly collaborative and influential position; this role will help shape how we work with our clients as our organization continues to expand. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for representing our organization to C level and executive level leadership at our clients, managing complex requirements, and interfacing with technical and non technical disciplines.
In order to be successful in this role, you should be knowledgeable about Marketing campaign planning/execution, excited by complex work, and energized by building processes from the ground up. You will work closely with our VP of Client Success to shape the way we manage key accounts, and you will influence our product roadmap over time by representing client feedback and priorities to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
5-8 years of experience in an Account Management role, directly responsible for the satisfaction and experience of a portfolio of customers. Preferably in a high growth or startup.
3+ years of experience working with Enterprise level customers, preferably in a SaaS environment
2+ years of experience working in the Marketing space, with preference given to experience in Growth Marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign creation and management, or other growth marketing activities preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of driving net revenue retention and account growth
Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
